We’re excited to announce that the new and improved Summit Rev C is available now!
Introducing two bigger sizes, 84” and 96”, as well as better, improved features for sleek, modern finishes. Based on feedback from both installers and homeowners, we have made adjustments to the customization options and improved the clean lines of all Summit Fireplace models. All these updates are now standard on 84” and 96” models and will also be rolled out across 48”, 60”, and 72” models soon.

What This Means for You

Homeowners:

• A more refined design, more customization, and enhanced performance — all while preserving the stunning open-fire aesthetic Summit is known for.
• We refined the side panel design for a sleeker, more polished edge between the fireplace and surrounding materials.
• We’ve increased the side drywall stop depth to accommodate all available panel types, including two new fiber brick options. Giving you more flexibility in choosing interior finishes:
  • Matte Black (standard)
  • Black Tempered Glass
  • Black Fluted Fiber
  • Offset Black Fiber Brick
  • Stacked Gray Fiber Brick
• We’ve included the ability to finish off the inside of the fireplace with veneered hand-laid brick, porcelain tile, or any non-combustible material.

Ultimately, we give homeowners more choices to choose from for ultimate customization and design.

Installers: Faster, cleaner installs with more flexibility for finishes and easier access for service.

• Installers asked for a stronger, more secure vent connection, and we delivered. The flue collar is now double the height, increasing from 3” tall to 6” tall, making securing to the vent easier, tighter, and more reliable.
• We removed the burner skirt to make servicing faster and easier.
• A new limit switch was added on the damper rod, adding a safety feature: The fireplace will not turn on if the damper is closed, preventing improper operation and improving safety.
• In addition, the rear panel has been reinforced to handle heavier finishes, like hand-laid brick veneer.
• Additional braces were added to the fireplace base for easy installation of accessories needed for optional power-vent components, including:
  • APS (Automatic Pressure Sensor)
  • Variable speed switch
  • Terminal block for power-vent systems

Model & Product Line Updates

Along with the design changes, we’re expanding the Summit lineup and simplifying some options:

• New sizes: 84” and 96” fireplaces are now available with the Bedrock Contemporary burner.
• SML-24CK discontinued: These drywall stops now come standard with every fireplace.
• Optional power-vent system: Certified for field installation:
  • Enervex RS 014 for 48”, 60”, and 72”
  • Enervex RS 016 for 84” and 96”
    
    
• New options:
  • 1½” drywall stop for brick veneer installs
  • Stacked and offset fiber panels (all sizes)
  • Invi-mesh screens (front-view models only)
  • Viewing reduction kits (for use with multi-piece panels)
